- If sponsored by somebody from U.S.A for a tourist / visit visa, then require passport copy, visa/PR copy, financial document Or i-134 with employment proof and Invitation letter from the sponsor
- If not sponsored, Hotel confirmation
- Personal 6 months updated Bank statement with bank seal & sign having applicant’s name and account number on it (Adequate balance mandatory)
- 3 yrs Income Tax Returns or Form 16
- Clear passport copy first and last page
Documents Required for U.S.A Business Visa
- Online filled form (DS-160) confirmation
- Appointment confirmation
- Original Passport valid for 6 months from travel date + Old Passport
- Covering Letter on business letter head stating purpose of visit to U.S.A company with the name, designation of the signing authority and company seal
- Letter of Invitation from the host organization in U.S.A.
- Business registration certificate or annual report
- Personal 6 month updated Bank statement with bank seal & sign having applicant’s name and account number on it
- 3 yrs Income Tax Returns or Form 16
- Clear passport copy first and last page
Time taken for U.S.A Visa:
- 2 working days after Interview
