Overseas Medical insurance of minimum 30000 Euros covering 10 days excess from the travel dates
Leave letter if salaried with 3 month salary slips
If sponsored by somebody from Italy for a tourist / visit visa, then require passport copy, visa/PR copy, Bank guarantee with employment proof and Invitation letter from the sponsor
For Minors, No Objection ( In case Minor is Travelling with any one Parent or unaccompanied )Affidavit from the parent in India stating that he/she has no objection to the travel of the minor and the affidavit has to be notarized and legalized by the competent Home Department of the State of Residence
Return Ticket with internal tickets as well
Foreign exchange endorsement or Original receipt of the Forex purchased or recent credit card statement mentioning credit limit
Personal 3 months updated Bank statement with bank seal & sign having applicant’s name and account number on it
