Documents Required for Singapore Tourist/Visit Visa
- 1 Filled form signed in blue ink
- Original Passport valid for 6 months from travel date
- 3 Recently clicked Photographs (35*45mm White background Matt finish 80% face covering) (Notes:- Kindly don’t wear white colour shirt)
- Covering Letter – Covering letter should mentioned date of travel, number of passenger travelling together, details of stay, Employment proof or Business proof applicant employment details, applicant contact number & Email ID, last visit in Singapore(If any)
- If sponsored by somebody from Singapore for a tourist / visit visa, then require passport copy, visa copy, financial documents, S Pass/Employment Pass and letter of Invitation from the sponsor, Form V39 A filled through the Invitee
- If employed, proof such as Salary Slips for last 3 months, Employee Identity Card.
- If Self-employed, proof such as Covering letter on the Business Letter, Company Registration Copy, and Company ITR for last 2 years, Visiting Card (Name & Contact number mentioned on it).

- Confirm Return Ticket
- Personal 6 months updated till date Bank statement with bank seal & sign on all pages with minimum 60 thousand balance.
- If applicant is minor travelling with the parents, signature of both the parent is required on the application form.
- If applicant is minor travelling with single parent, a NOC letter from another parent is required with the signature and the relationship proof attached.
- Child’s School / Collage I.D. Copy
- Application form should be filled thoroughly and signatures should be done with the same ink.
- Clear passport copy first and last page

- 1 Filled form signed in blue ink
- Original Passport valid for 6 months from travel date
- 3 RECENT Photographs (35*45mm White background Matt finish 80% face covering not older than 6 months)
- Covering Letter on business letter head stating purpose of visit with the name, designation of the signing authority and company seal
- Letter of Invitation from the Singapore company
- Confirm Return Ticket
- For blank passport, Personal 3 months updated Bank statement with bank seal & sign
- Clear passport copy first and last page
- Final Vaccination certificate.
Important note :-
- All travellers entering Singapore via air or sea must also submit their electronic health declaration before they enter Singapore, using the SG Arrival Card e-Service (SGAC) at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ Travellers are strongly encouraged to do so before departing for Singapore to facilitate a smooth arrival process in Singapore; a submission can be made up to 3 days before arrival in Singapore. This submission is free of-charge and no payment is required.
