In the lush of Sahyadri there are numerous Waterfalls that start during monsoon and continue till sometime in winter. We know one such waterfall which hides itself near the Kondhana caves. Only the wanderers are able to discover it and not all tourists. The beauty of this gigantic waterfall will convince you that places found when we get off-track are the best.
Good news is that we have the picture of that waterfall!!
So the plan is to find the waterfall and enjoy the Sahyadri’s panoramic view.

Board the first fast local for Karjat & Alight at Neral, the timings for the same are given below:
CSTM – 06.16, Byculla – 06.23, Dadar – 06.30, Kurla – 06.37, Ghatkopar – 06.41, Thane – 06.56, Dombivali – 07.08, Kalyan – 07.16
Itinerary:
Train from Dadar to Neral (~1.75hrs)
Travel by 8 seater to reach Kondhana village (~0.5hrs)
Breakfast & Snacks (~0.5hrs)
Hike to Waterfall (~ 1 hr)
Explore & Enjoy the panoramic & expansive view
Hike back to village
Late Lunch
Travel back to Karjat
Arrive in Mumbai/Dadar by 6.00 PM

Our Belief System:
Possession and/or consumption of Alcohol will not be permitted & flouting of this basic rule will lead to immediate expulsion from the group.
Smoking will only be permitted after consultation with the Leader and the person will have to move away from the group to smoke. Smoking will only be permitted while we stop at a clearing and not otherwise.
The leader’s decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
Please do not wear any jewellery or gold chains/rings.
